Thank you for your purchase. Please read through our Assurance Policy carefully. When you proceed, you have read, understood, and agreed to ViA Atlas's Refund Policy.

 This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and VIA GLOBAL ONLINE PTE LTD the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

1. Assurance Policy

Our Assurance for Your Peace of Mind
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Value Investing Academy, Mind Kinesis Investments Pte Ltd. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

[A] Case Study Membership Subscription Term
Each Case Study Membership Term has a Start Date and End Date which is defined by the Billing Period. Each Billing Period is defined by the Purchase Date as the Start Date unless stated otherwise in writing from us. All memberships are activated upon purchase regardless of the usage of the account. All our subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled.

[B] Case Study Membership 7 Day Assurance Policy
First-time subscribers to the Case Study Membership (excluding Silver Membership) are covered under our Assurance Policy and may cancel their subscription at any time within the first 7 days from the date of purchase and will be refunded in full excluding the currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your bank which are not covered under the Assurance Policy. 

[C] Case Study Membership Cancellation Policy
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions processed will be cancelled at the completion of the current billing period for both monthly and annual subscriptions. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank is not covered under the Cancellation Policy. Annual subscriptions beyond the first 7 days and monthly subscriptions are not covered under the Cancellation Policy and are non-refundable.

[D] Case Study Membership Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions, both monthly and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled in writing to technical@mindkinesis.com or through our official Support Form only. Subscribers who do not wish to renew their subscriptions must cancel their subscriptions in writing at least 3 days before end of your term to avoid any automated charges.

Important: Any refund requests for subscription renewals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your bank are not covered under the Cancellation Policy if a cancellation request was not submitted to us. As Silver Membership is a special event-only package, kindly read through the package details before purchasing as no refunds will be given upon cancellation at any point, even if the membership was not activated or used.

[E] Case Study Membership Refund Procedure
For the avoidance of doubt, any form of communication by verbal, telephone calls, WhatsApp or SMS communication are not accepted as an official channel for cancellation requests. To make a refund request, please contact our customer support team at technical@mindkinesis.com or at the Support Form.

Please provide the necessary information to process your request, such as your name and email address used to make the purchase. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days. 

If approved, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase eg. through credit card if credit card was used. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your statement or account.

Important: The US Case Study Membership is charged in USD. If your payment was made from an account that is not in USD, currency exchange may be charged by your bank and we are not be able to advise on the actual currency exchange rate used by your bank for the transaction or adjust the exchange rate used in any manner. Any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by your bank are not covered under the Assurance Policy and Cancellation Policy as it is not a fee that is charged by us.

[F] Refund Lead Time
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company or payment provider.

[G] Access to Membership Products and Services Upon Cancellation of Membership
Upon the termination or expiry of the subscription or membership service term, you will no longer be able to access the product or service platforms under the membership. This will include access to the Case Study Membership Portal and/or ViA Online Calculator and/or video replays of Inner Circle Lives, Monthly Gathering and/or other educational courses if it was part of the package.

Alternatively, if you wish to continue your subscription after cancellation, please reach out to us to review your membership status. 

2. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mind Kinesis Investments Pte Ltd and/or Value Investing Academy. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
a. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Purchase of Value Investing Simplified Book (30 days Assurance Policy)
  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt email, location of purchase).
  • The request is to be submitted by the buyer or an authorized person appointed by the buyer.


Purchase of Online Training and/or Courses (7 days Assurance Policy)
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Full or partial refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are not applicable for online courses if the Certificate of Completion has been claimed.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt email).
  • The request is to be submitted by the buyer or an authorized person appointed by the buyer.
  • Purchases made in USD are subjected to your bank's currency conversion charges which are not covered under the refund policy.


Purchase of Case Study Membership (7 days Assurance Policy)
  • Not applicable for Case Study Silver Membership.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The request is to be submitted by the subscriber or an authorized person appointed by the subscriber. 
  • Full or partial refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the commencement of the subscription.
  • Refund requests for subscription renewals are handled on a case by case basis and all requests must be received within 7 days from the date of subscription renewal.
  • Purchases made in USD are subjected to your bank's currency conversion charges which are not covered under the refund policy.

b. Refund Process
To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team at technical@mindkinesis.com or at https://viaatlas.com/support to make an application for refund.
  • Provide the necessary information, eg. your full name, subscription information, or order number and reason for the refund request.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days. 

c. Refund Amount and Method
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase eg. through credit card if credit card was used. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your statement or account. There will be a slight discrepancy in the refund amount you will receive due to the currency exchange rate of your bank. 

d. Currency Exchange Rate
There will be a slight discrepancy in the refund amount you will receive due to the currency exchange rate of your bank. We will not be able to advise on the actual currency exchange rate used by your bank for the transaction and will not be able to provide or adjust the exchange rate used in any manner.

e. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company or payment provider. 

f. Cancellation of Membership Subscriptions
For cancellation requests, kindly provide at least 3 days notice in advance of any subscription renewal due and allow 3 – 5 working days processing period. For urgent cancellation requests, do take note  that we may not be able to cancel your subscription in time prior to the renewal and any refunds that you may be granted are subjected to the Currency Exchange Rate Policy. 

g. Access to Membership Products and Services After Cancellation
Upon the termination or expiry of the subscription or membership service term, you will no longer be able to access the product or service platforms under the membership. This will include access to the Case Study Membership Portal and/or ViA Online Calculator and/or video replays of Inner Circle Lives, Monthly Gathering and/or other educational courses if it was part of the package.

3. Changes to the Refund Policy

VIA GLOBAL ONLINE PTE LTD reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.
