The purpose of the case studies is solely to illustrate the application of value investing methodologies and various valuation methods in the context of real life companies, for continued learning of value investment methods and investor education. Neither Mind Kinesis Investments Pte Ltd, Value Investing Academy (“VIA”) nor the Authors of the case studies are operated by or affiliated with any broker, dealer, or licensed financial adviser. 7.2 Shipping
Shipping fees may apply for physical products, such as books. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered.
7.3 Returns and RefundsPhysical Products: You may return physical products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
Digital Products and Services: Refunds for specific digital products and services covered under our Assurance Policy are available within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
7.4 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 - 14 business days.You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIA GLOBAL ONLINE Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled through arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
